What data do I need from you
Lucy Brooker of Lucy Brooker Photography  will be the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide. It is only myself that will collect basic personal data about you including name, address, email, telephone number and children’s details such as name and date of birth.

Why I collect your data
I will need to take basic information from you when you make your enquiry so that I can effectively communicate with you. I will take your name, telephone number, email address and depending on the nature of your enquiry, your due date or your child/children’s name and date of birth.

What I do with your data
All the personal data I hold is processed by me and the information you provide to me at enquiry stage is entered onto a database called 17Hats, who are a CRM provider and are compliant under the GDPR law. I use this data and this database to communicate with you regarding your enquiry and then if you proceed in booking, I will use it to communicate with you about my service I will be providing.  No third parties have access to your personal data unless the law or my contract with you, allows them to do so.  Your data, which includes images I take during your session are stored on an encrypted MAC PC and an encrypted external hardrive.

How long I keep your data
I keep your images for the length of time agreed upon in my contract with you, after which time they will be deleted. Your information I use for marketing purposes will be kept with me until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.

What are your rights?
If at any point you believe the information I process on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how I have handled your personal data, you can contact Lucy Brooker, hello@lucybrookerphotography.co.uk who will investigate the matter.

If you are not satisfied with the response or believe we are not processing your personal data in accordance with the law then you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

What I would also like to do with your data
I would also like to contact you via email to notify you of any offers or discounts that could apply to you or your family.
